Andrew Garrett Pinot Chardonnay Vintage wine is made from crisp fresh Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, sourced from premium Australian vineyards to create a duo of strawberry and citrus flavours.
The fruit was crushed and the juice gently massaged from the skins into stainless steel, keeping this Andrew Garrett Pinot Chardonnay Vintage wine fresh and lively. The wine then took a new direction, undergoing secondary fermentation in the bottle for a period of 6-12 months. The wine was then disgorged and placed into its new look pack before release.
The fruit was grown in the Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale. The grapes were whole-bunch pressed, but part of the base wine was barrel-fermented to add complexity. This Australian white wine spent several years on yeast lees prior to disgorgement.
