Beck's Beer is considered one of the world's great beers with its famous bavarian hoppy taste.
Originally made in Bremen, northwest Germany in 1873, Beck's is still brewed in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516, said to be the oldest surviving food regulation in the world. Today, its beer is brewed here in Australia to the same strict standards. Only the finest traditional, natural ingredients are used.
These include approved malts, Bavarian Hallertau hops, water that is carbon filtered to the same purity levels as that used in Germany and importantly, the original and uniquely cultivated yeast strain. Every brew is also double-verified by the Master Brewers in Germany. In fact, every Beck's brings together the purity of 1516, the heritage of 1873, and Australia's vibrant freshness.
