This Australian white wine is made of delicious fruit sourced from the Adelaide Hills. Bent Creek Sauvignon Blanc is quite balanced in structure. This wine does not suffer from overpowering herbaceous characters like so many Australian sauvignon blancs currently on offer. The aromas here are understated and the mouth feel is quite impressive.
This wine is an impressive yet unassuming drop. It is ready to drink. Best served chilled. Bent Creek Sauginon Blanc is from the Bent Creek stable of quality wines. This winery is recognised as one of the finest estate grown vineyards situated in the lush flood plain soils of McLaren Flat, South Australia. The fruit is derived from dry grown old vines which meander along the banks of a very deep creek.
