A pale yellow hue, well-balanced wine showing flavours of pear, pineapple and white peach. Buttery tones this wine is fresh and clean with tight acid. Nicely integrated with 50 percent new French Oak.
Aged for 12 mths on Lees has given it depth and complexity, with subtle flavours of Almond, Honeycomb and Popcorn.
A great indication of a cool climate Chardonnay. A young wine with huge aging potential. Cellar potential for 10 - 12 years.
