Bleasdale Winery and Vineyards is owned and operated by fifth generation members of the Potts family, with Paul Hotker as the current winemaker. The winery, founded in 1850, house the old red gum vats and some of the equipment used by previous generations. Today's winery has the latest technology but still maintains the family traditions - the Pott's philosophy of producing honest, consistent, reliable wines, which are receiving accolades throughout the world.

Bleasedale Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon has a smooth warm juicy palate finishes with lingering sweet fruits and velvety tannins. Enjoy this Australian Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon from Langhorne Creek with a hearty stew or cassoulet.
