Bluetongue Traditional Pilsner is full bodied with a malty flavour, pleasing bitterness and fruit driven hop aromas.

Bluetongue Brewery was founded by four Hunter based entrepreneurs who wanted to create premium Australian beer with the stamp of their local region. Their vision was to produce a range of beers suitable for the Australian palate, to delight with original flavours and tantalise the taste buds with an unexpected and fresh beer experience.

Bluetongue Brewery has combined authentic Czech Saaz hops with soft Hunter water and premium Australian malted barley. Bluetongue Traditional Pilsner is perfect with traditional Czech roast pork and dumplings or spicy Thai, Malaysian or Indian cuisine. There is enough body and flavour in the beer to compliment the taste of the food and the bitterness matches the heat of the spices.
