Bonded Bourbon is aged and bottled according to the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897 to produce a 100 proof bourbon which is semi sweet and mildly grainy.

The alcohol by volume of this bourbon is 50%. Bonded Bourbon is Jeam Bean's receipe Number 12. This american bourbon is aged for minimum 4 years to the traditional recipe.

Bonded Bourbon has a golden deep amber colour to reveal sweet notes of caramel and yellow fruit, aeration reveals tobacco leaf, oak resin and cereal. This american bourbon has an elegant, light yet suprisingly intense finish with dry flavours of toasted grain and oak.
