Bowhouse The Piste Merlot was grown at the Bowhouse vineyard in the Piccadilly Valley in the Adelaide Hills. The Bowhouse vineyard is one of the highest and steepest vineyards in South Australia with maximum sun exposure yet the coolest climate. The Merlot is all hand pruned and hand picked.


Appearance: Deep crimson colour with purple hue



Aroma: Dark plum and stone fruit on the nose Palate: Smooth, round and elegant yet lively with fine tannins and soft French oak



Finish: A soft, lingering finish
