Bridgewater Mill Brut NV with its fine creamy mousse and nutty characters, is a full flavoured expression of sparkling wine from the Adelaide Hills.
This Australian sparkling wine exhibits the ripe fleshy fuji apple of Pinot Noir and the more delicate crisp green apple of Chardonnay. Bridgewater Mill Brut NV has a pale straw colour and a bouquet of peach which sublimates into sinful experiences of guava and papaya, macadamia biscuits and freshly cut, overly sweet pineapples.
The palate is complimented by creamy, nutty characters from maturation on yeast lees. This sparkling white wine is perfect with salmon, smoked or grilled, but equally compatible with toasts, cheeses, and the freshest seafood.
