Bridgewater Mill Sauvignon Blanc was fermented cool to near dryness to achieve the correct balance of fruit and acid that gives this wine style its mouth watering freshness. At the completion of the alcoholic fermentation the wine was again chilled before a gentle filtration and bottling, capturing all the fragile but vibrant Sauvignon Blanc character.
This Australian white wine is perfectly balanced. The palate has substantial flavour and texture and finishes with crisp mineral dryness. Bridgewater Mill Sauvignon Blanc should be enjoyed in its youth.
