This vintage brut is straw-hued and has small persistent bubbles.
The nose suggests orange blossom and fresh-baked croissants and pear comes through on the front of the palate.
Lemon sherbet, marzipan and cashew elements combine on the middle palate and crisp steely acid refreshes at the finish.
The wine base is a blend of 57% chardonnay, 41% pinot noir and 2% pinot Meunier.
It is beautifully soft and creamy with excellent persistence and finesse.
