Appearance
Pale bright lemon in colour

Aromas of highly scented just crushed grapes and tropical fruits

Palate
On the palate it is like a fruit bomb with intense fresh grape and passionfruit flavours.

Winemaking
Fruit is ripened on vines with genourous canopies that allow the grapes to ripen gently and naturally. The fruit is picked and gently pressed, the juice is then allowed to settle naturally before being filtered. The wine is cold fermented to retain its fresh fruit characters. The addition of the passionfruit flavour adds an extra dimension.
