Bouquet: Bouquet is a delightful mix of fresh stonefruit and citrus, complimented by creamy/nutty oak influences.
Palate: The palate is quite restrained, showing moderate weight with bright citrus and melon flavours. The finish shows a good balance of flavour with a clean mineral persistence. Over time the palate will develop more rich creaminess and complexity through bottle development.

Characteristics: A warm summer led to a perfect ripening season with little bird damage.

Oak Treatment: 100% French Oak Barriques - 35% new - 9 months maturation
