The Janneau Armagnac extra Old Basquaise bottle holds a blend of Armagnac aged for a minimum of 12 to 25 years. The white wines come from the best vineyards of the Appllation Controlee: Bas Armagnac and Tenareze which are then distilled using mainly the single distillation method (80%) and double distillation (20%.)

Deep golden amber colour which reveals its long maturation, it distinguished itself by its crystal transparency.

Sensation of dry fruits and prunes on the nose with aromas of berries and cloves. Notes of violets and deep and long finish. Round and full palate which creates a perfect harmony with a persistent finish wich recalls the taste of Agen prunes.
