Nepenthe Tryst is a fresh, lively sparkling with delicate citrus flavours. The elegant palate is enhanced by a fine, persistent bead and a crisp, clean finish. A perfect aperitif to get any party or rendezvous started!
The Vintage
The Tryst Sparkling is a cuvee of vintages, blended from selected years to ensure premium quality and consistent style. Wine from previous vintages has been included to increase the depth and complexity.
Winemaking
Fruit is sourced from premium viticultural regions in South Australia. Both the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are harvested early during vintage to ensure fresh primary fruit characters and natural acidity. All fruit is machine harvested
in the cool hours after midnight. The two varieties are fermented separately with varying proportions of each put through malolatic fermentation.

Bouquet: A lifted, delicate nose with fresh lemon zest and strawberry notes enhanced by subtle savoury complexity.
Palate: A fresh, fruit driven palate with a fine persistent bead. Layers of cream and softness, derived from the malolatic and bottle fermentation are complemented by the crisp, clean finish.
Cellaring: Enjoy now
Serving suggestions: A delightful, refreshing aperitif, also a great accompaniment to a range of appetisers, fresh light seafood dishes, salad and fresh fruit.
