Generous, full-coloured rosé champagne with exuberant red-berry fruit. This wine based on a complex blend of about 50 different crus, with the addition of a proportion of red champagne wine. Matured in deep chalk cellars for at least 30 months before release. Delicious with salmon or caviar.
Based on a blend of about fifty crus; the same approach to blending as that of the Brut Cuvée, with the addition of a proportion of red Champagne wine, which gives this wine not only a style typical of Piper-Heidsieck but also a distinctive colour and fruity taste. The harmony of the blend develops during a long maturing process lasting at least thirty months in the Piper-Heidsieck chalk cellars.
