Bouquet: Attractive nose of strawberries and cream with citrus notes in the background

Palate: A very refreshing, easy drinking sparkling style wine, with fresh fruit flavours and a delicate, creamy mouthfeel, finishing with crisp acidity.

Vintage conditions: A non vintage blend. Fruit is selected on flavour profile and blended to create a wine of distinction.

Winemaking

All juice is fermented cold to retain freshness. More then 20% of the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in tank to add complexity.
