The palate is rich and velvety showing boysenberry, spice and musk flavours, complemented by subtle vanilla from the sweet American oak. This well structured Merlot has a firm finish with fruit and acid in perfect harmony. A wine to be enjoyed in its youth or will round off and soften in the cellar. Serve with gnocchi, lamb, pan fried-veal, smoked chicken, quail or pork medallions.
