Medium straw colour, fine effervescence and persistent bead. Cuv,e Brut exhibits distinct strawberries and cream, cherry and cola characters from the Pinot Noir, complemented by yeast and biscuit elements of the Chardonnay. The palate is full and flavoursome yet shows elegance of structure. A very successful example of sparkling winecraft, the innate tropical and cool climate fruit work handily with the rich expressions resultant from the limousine treatment. Sir James finishes long and crisp with natural acidity.
