Palate: Leading to a rich luscious palate with balanced acidity and sweetness. Lingering flavours of gentle spice and exotic fruit.

Wickedly delightful - try iwth butterscotch pudding and candied fruits.
Vintage Conditions
Once again Adelaide had a heatwave in January. Fortunately in the Adelaide Hills it was an early veraison and we were able to keep the water up to the vines and maintain fresh canopies. This was followed by four weeks of relatively cool weather which slowed ripening resulting in a good year indeed.
Winemaking
A labour of love. Hand picked at the end of the season in May for intensity, rose petal and Turkish delight. Fermentation in stainless steel and straight to bottle.
