TASTING NOTES

Variety: 60% Pinot Noir 40% Chardonnay



Region: Adelaide Hills



Winemaker: John Tomich / Peter Leske



Colour: Pale straw



Bouquet: Delicate aromas of citrus blossom, nectarine and white peach.



Palate: Layered creamy soft palate with vibrant bead and underlying mineral acidity carrying hints of stonefruit finishing with clean, crisp acidity.



Technical: Alc - 12.3%; TA - 7.87; pH - 2.99; R/S - 10.5g/l



Cellaring: Drink fresh



FOOD MATCHES



A delightful, refreshing apertif to enjoy chilled when celebrating any special occasion. Great with oysters, light delicate seafood or fresh summer fruits.



WINEMAKING



Hand picked in the early morning chilled overnight and pressed off, free run only. 60% Pinot and 40% Chardonnay. Fermented in old French barrique. Bottle fermented.
