The Tomich Hill range is handcrafted from estate grown fruit from our high altitude cool climate vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. The resulting wines display elegance, complexity and true exhibition of variety and class.
WINEMAKING: Hand picked and wild fermented. Traditional clone. Close top fermented for soft tannins, pump over only. 80% French barrel for structure, 20% American oak for roundness.

Bouquet: Vibrant intense dark cherry leading to floral and dark berry aromas of mulberry and blackberry.
Palate: The mid palate sweetness with vibrant fruit is enhanced by firm tannins with excellent balance and length in a Rhone style.
Technical: Alc - 14.6%; TA - 7.5; pH - 3.59; RS - 1.3g/l
Cellaring: 2 - 5 years
FOOD MATCHES: Serve at room temperature with grilled and barbecued meats, roast duck, quail, venison or veal dishes.
