Harvest: The Chardonnay grapes for this unwooded style are hand picked and gently pressed to preserve the essence of the fruit.

Apperance: Straw with pale green hues

Bouquet: Cool controlled fermentation has crafted a wine of pure varietal citrus and stone fruit flavours with lifted herbaceous overtones.

Palate: A balanced palate with fresh acidity, the wine is optimum whilst young.

Recommended Cusine: Prawns in potato strings with avocado, lime aioli and rocket salad, drizzled with basil oil.
