You may check your order status. If the order status is 'Order being processed' , please contact the Customer Service Team to confirm whether there is still time to modify or cancel your order.

Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request, however unfortunately no guarantee can be given once an order has been placed.
 

If your order has already been processed, you may still be able to return your order, which can be done easily through Australia Post.
