Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your Club Wine Direct delivery then all products can be returned with no questions asked within 12 months.

Please just send us an email to sales@clubwinedirect.com.au to advise us that you are returning some or all of your items and we will provide you with an Australia Post eparcel voucher to return the goods at our cost to our Warehouse located in Adelaide.

We will issue you with an immediate return once the items have been lodged at your local Australia Post.
